Super Car Audio Shipping Policy
At Super Car Audio, we ship car audio equipment, truck bass packages, subwoofer boxes, amplifiers, speakers, wiring kits, and related products. Many of our items are large, heavy, fragile, and expensive to ship. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the shipping terms below.
Order Fulfillment
Most orders are fulfilled within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Fulfillment time includes preparing, inspecting, packing, and handing the order to the carrier. Fulfillment time does not include carrier transit time.
Delays may occur due to inventory, packaging requirements, weather, holidays, carrier issues, payment review, or high order volume.
Shipping Carrier
We primarily ship with UPS, but we may use another carrier when needed based on package size, destination, cost, or service availability.
Tracking information will be provided when available. Once the package is accepted by the carrier, transit updates and delivery timing are controlled by the carrier.
Large and Heavy Items
Many of our products are oversized or heavy, including subwoofer boxes, truck enclosures, and complete bass packages.
These items require special packaging and are more sensitive to shipping damage. Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle fitment, product size, year, make, model, cab type, and order details before purchasing.
Shipping Protection Add-On
Super Car Audio offers an optional Shipping Protection Add-On for shipped orders.
Shipping Protection costs 1% of the merchandise value, unless otherwise shown at checkout.
When Shipping Protection is purchased, Super Car Audio will purchase third-party shipment coverage, declared value coverage, or package protection through our shipping platform or provider.
Shipping Protection is strongly recommended for large, heavy, fragile, or high-value orders.
Shipping Protection does not guarantee automatic refund or replacement. All claims are subject to carrier or coverage provider approval, documentation, and inspection requirements.
Orders Without Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection is not purchased, Super Car Audio will still try to assist with a carrier claim when possible.
However, carrier reimbursement may be limited and may not cover the full value of the order.
If the customer declines Shipping Protection, the customer accepts the risk of loss, damage, or limited reimbursement during transit.
Lost Packages
If a package appears lost in transit, the customer must contact Super Car Audio as soon as possible.
Super Car Audio may file or assist with a claim through the carrier or coverage provider.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit will not be issued until the claim is reviewed and approved.
If a claim is denied due to incorrect address, confirmed delivery, missing documentation, customer error, or lack of cooperation, Super Car Audio is not responsible for refunding or replacing the order.
Damaged Packages
The customer must inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To file a damage claim, the customer must provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the outside box
- Photos of the inside packaging
- Photos of all packing materials
- Photo of the shipping label
The customer must keep all boxes and packaging until the claim is fully resolved.
Damage claims may be denied if the damage is reported late, packaging is thrown away, photos are missing, or the product is installed, powered on, modified, wired, mounted, or used before inspection.
Delivered Packages
Super Car Audio is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided by the customer.
If a package is stolen, missing after delivery, or delivered to the address entered at checkout, the customer must contact the carrier and file any necessary reports.
Super Car Audio may assist with documentation, but confirmed delivery does not guarantee refund or replacement.
Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Super Car Audio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, return-to-sender shipments, or extra fees caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.
The customer may be responsible for reshipping fees, address correction fees, return shipping fees, and any related carrier charges.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high volume, mechanical issues, road conditions, or other events outside our control.
Super Car Audio is not responsible for carrier delays after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Shipping charges are not refundable due to carrier delays unless the carrier approves a refund.
Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept a shipment, the customer may be responsible for original shipping, return shipping, carrier fees, storage fees, handling fees, and any damage during return transit.
Refused shipments do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Free Shipping Orders
Free shipping means Super Car Audio paid the shipping cost on the customer’s behalf.
If an order is returned, refused, canceled after shipping, or returned due to customer error, the actual shipping cost paid by Super Car Audio may be deducted from any approved refund.
Local Pickup and Installation Orders
Orders selected for local pickup or Dallas installation are not shipped unless shipping is arranged separately.
Once an item is picked up or installed, the customer is responsible for safe transport, handling, and storage.
Super Car Audio is not responsible for damage after pickup, loading, unloading, transport, or customer handling.
Final Decision
Super Car Audio reserves the right to approve, deny, or partially approve any shipping claim, refund, replacement, or store credit based on tracking information, documentation, product condition, carrier investigation, coverage provider decision, and applicable law.
Our goal is to ship every order safely and treat customers fairly, but large car audio products are heavy, fragile, and costly to ship. Customers must follow all shipping claim requirements for any claim to be considered.
